Your first visit here at The Dental Spot will typically consist of a cleaning, an examination, and a review of your treatment options. If you accept treatment, we can begin with that treatment immediately. However, a complex medical history or treatment plan may require further evaluation and a second appointment. We’ll make sure to accommodate your schedule.
To help your visit go as smoothly as possible, please come prepared with the following information:
Having this prepared and ready for your appointment will save you time and allow us to make your first visit the very best experience.
We require at least two full business days’ notice if you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment. This allows us to offer your reserved time to another patient who may need it.
If you do not show up for your scheduled appointment and do not call to cancel in advance, a $50 fee per scheduled hour (rounded up to the nearest hour) will be applied to your account.
We understand that emergencies happen and will always take that into consideration. However, repeated no-shows or late cancellations may result in limited scheduling options.
